Who are SCI?

SCI was originally founded as Southern Counties Installations by 2 installers back in the mid 1970's. S.C.I. Products Ltd is now a privately owned company that relies totally on customer's recommendations and word of mouth for its continued business. We realise that we are only as good as our customers' perception of us. This perception encompasses the quality of our products, our workmanship, the prices we charge, and last but not least, how we communicate with our customers.

We like to think that today our products are second to none, our teams of fitters are qualified, experienced and friendly, our prices offer value for money and our customers know what's going on at all times. We believe that we have the best possible package to ensure our customers satisfaction and if the number of recommendations and customers who come back to us for further work are anything to go by, we are achieving our aims.

At S.C.I. we know we are judged by the service we provide, not only at the point of sale and installation, but perhaps more importantly if you have a problem. Therefore our products and installations are covered by a comprehensive 10 year guarantee and with the help of our experienced engineers, we will do our very best to look after you.

Additional Insurance Backed Guarantee

In addition on all our installation contracts, we offer a Deposit Protection and Insured Guarantee Scheme. This scheme is administered by IWA and underwritten by Lloyd's of London. Please enquire for further details.
