Pretty Loft Dormer in New Malden

It was a 2 day job to install this pretty loft dormer in New Malden, along with ground and first floor windows.

This was a nice local project for SCI, being in New Malden in South London.

Products Used

A nice project which consisted of a loft dormer, 2 x 3m windows on the ground and 1st floor, along with a pretty 3 part bay window on the first floor. All the windows are white pvcu Flushsash windows with black grain cills. The dormer was fitted into timber and used 65mm to run down the cheeks, after running medium square around the window, hiding any old timber. Ground and first floor windows had to keep head in and cloak, as the soldier coarse was suspicious. The first floor bay window was load bearing so had to be dealt with accordingly.
