Re-creation of Stained Glass Windows

Having a window with coloured glass in makes a really beautiful feature to any home. So when we were asked to re-create this stained glass window we were only too delighted to do it.

This project was for a customer in Wandsworth, South West London. We work in many homes and businesses around this area.

Stained Glass

With a job like this, it was not possible to reuse the glass. So we redesigned and manufactured an exact replica, in order to maintain the same style and look that the window previously had. We think we did an excellent job, most people will never realise and believe the glass was not simply reused!

We added dummy sashes as the window didn’t need to open, as well as a handle just for aesthetics.

With the use of our Platinum NRG PVCu windows, you are able to keep your home in the same style as before, but also protect it from the cold during the winter months. Our PVCu windows come with an ‘A’ Energy Rating as standard with 28mm double-glazed glass units. These units incorporate soft coat low E glass, are argon filled and have warm edge spacer technology.

It’s important to note, these frames have been internally beaded, which means that intruders cannot remove the glass from outside.
